Down behind the Mulchand Market is where you’ll find us at No. 25 Khajuri Bazar. It’s a bit tucked away in the back, so you have to look for the narrow alleyway to get here. K. S. Garments is just a regular shop where we deal with all sorts of clothes. I’ve lived around this part of town most of my life, so the constant noise of the market feels normal to me. The shop itself is packed with cardboard boxes from the floor all the way to the ceiling. We do our best to keep it all sorted, but when a big delivery comes in, everything gets a bit chaotic for a day or two. I usually have a helper who comes in, but sometimes he’s late because the traffic in the bazar is a total mess. We don't have any big goals of being a famous brand. We just want to sell our garments and make enough to keep the shop going. The walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, but there’s never a good time to move all the heavy stock out of the way to do it. Customers come in and browse through the metal racks at their own pace. We don't hover over them or try to sell them things they don't want. Most of the people who come here are regulars who have been buying from us for a decade. It’s nice to see familiar faces every week.
