Kankaria Tea Company

We are Kankaria Tea Company on Sapna Sangeeta Road. Our place is on the 1st Floor of the Center Point building, specifically room 101. It’s a busy area of town with plenty of shops nearby. Getting up the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you do it ten times a day. We have a lot of tea samples scattered around the office. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of what comes in. The windows look out over the street. You can see people rushing to catch the bus. We have a small kitchen area where we brew samples. It’s basic, just a stove and some pots. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just shelves and desks. The floor is tile and it gets cold in the winter. We wear sweaters and keep working. Sometimes the lift in Center Point breaks down. Then we have to carry boxes up the stairs. It’s not fun, but it has to be done. We’ve been at No. 88-89 for quite some time. The regulars know where to find us. We don't do much advertising. People just hear about us and stop by. Sapna Sangeeta Road is always full of cars. The noise comes right through the windows. We use a stapler that jams every five minutes to close the small packets. It's annoying but we keep using it.
