At Kalash Travels, we are right in the middle of the chaos in Khajuri Bazaar. Our address is on Mg Road near Rajwada. If you know Indore, you know Rajwada is the historic heart of the city. It is incredibly busy there almost every hour of the day. There are stalls everywhere, people selling clothes, books, and food. Our shop is small and packed with everything we need to run things. We have calendars on the wall and stacks of papers on the desks that never seem to get smaller. The noise from the street never really stops, so we have to talk a bit louder sometimes to be heard. Being in Khajuri Bazaar means we see all kinds of people every single day. It is an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and the buildings are close together. We have been here for a while and we like the energy of it. It feels like you are right in the center of everything that matters in Indore. We spend our hours checking bus timings and looking at train routes for customers. There is no air conditioning that can really beat the heat of an Indore summer in an old building, so we just use the ceiling fans to stay cool. It is a humble place. We don't have fancy uniforms or corporate manuals to follow. We just know how to find the right travel options and we do it from our little spot.
