Ishwari Wafers Private Limited is based at 03, Bhatkhedi, right on the A.B. Road in the Tehsil of Mhow. Being on the A.B. Road is actually very helpful for us because it is a major highway and there is always movement. Bhatkhedi is a small place but because of the road, we feel connected to the bigger cities nearby. We make wafers, and our facility is pretty basic. It smells like oil and potatoes most of the time, which is what you would expect. We are not some giant snack corporation with millions of dollars in advertising. We are just a local outfit in Mhow. The office is right there with the production area. It gets loud and hot, especially when the machines are running full tilt. We have a small group of people from the local area who come in to work every day. Sometimes the packaging machine breaks down or the delivery truck is late, and we just have to deal with it. It is not a glamorous life, but there is something satisfying about seeing the bags of wafers leave the gate heading toward the highway. We have been in Bhatkhedi for a while and the people around here know us. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work done without worrying about sounding like a big company. It is just potatoes, salt, and a lot of hard work at our spot on the road.
