Indian Steel Corporation Limited

We are located at 503 Mahakosh House, specifically at 7/5 South Tukiganj on Nath Mandir Road. It’s a well-known spot in this area, and Indian Steel Corporation Limited has been operating from this office for quite some time now. The building is usually buzzing with all sorts of activity, especially being near Nath Mandir Road where people are always passing by on their way somewhere else. Inside our office, it’s a lot of coordination and management of steel supplies for various projects. We have a lot of old ledgers and folders because we still like to keep things on paper alongside what we put into the computers. The space is often filled with the sound of keys clicking and the occasional loud ring of the telephone. It’s a bit of a tight fit when the whole team is in at the same time, but we are used to the close quarters by now. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that; we just focus on the logistics and the numbers. Lunchtime usually means someone brings in some food and we all eat together at the main table in the back. It’s a friendly enough place, even if we are focused on the work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but Mahakosh House stays pretty much the same. We take the stairs sometimes when the elevator is too slow, which is quite often. It's just a regular office.
