Hot & Juicy

We are located right outside the Central Mall at Regal Square. It’s a good spot because of all the people coming in and out of the mall and the main road. Indore is a city that loves to eat, so we fit in well enough. We aren't inside the air conditioning, we’re just out here on the edge. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic on the main road, but we try to keep our area clean. We serve mostly snacks and drinks that people can have on the go. There’s always someone waiting for a bus or a rickshaw nearby who stops by for a quick bite. We don't have a big menu, just the things we know we can make fast. I’ve been working here for a while now and I’ve seen the square change a lot. The mall brought in more people, which was good for us. We have a few plastic chairs for people who want to rest their legs for a minute. It’s nothing special to look at, just a counter and a small kitchen area. We use a lot of fresh ingredients every day. I go to the mandi myself sometimes to pick things out. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going. We just do our best to stay organized and keep the customers from waiting too long. That’s about all there is to it. We’re just a simple stall in a busy city.
