Horizon Computers

Horizon Computers is located in Silver Mall on RNT Marg. We actually have two units there, Plot No. Ug 18 and Lg 18-A, both in Block-A. M G Road is just right there, and it’s one of the busiest streets you can imagine. Being in a mall means we are surrounded by all kinds of other shops and people. It’s a lively place to be, even if it gets a bit cramped sometimes. We have been in this spot for several years now. Our units are usually full of computer towers, monitors, and tangled cables. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We handle a lot of different computer-related tasks, from selling parts to fixing laptops that have stopped working. There are a few of us here, and we mostly just spend our time tinkering with hardware or talking to customers who walk in. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. If someone comes in with a problem, we just take a look and see what can be done. It’s a local business through and through. We like being in the mall because it’s central and people can find us easily while they are out doing their other shopping. We often stay a bit later than planned if a repair is proving to be more difficult than we first thought. We just keep things simple and try to stay on top of the work we have.
