Balaji Computers

Balaji Computers is tucked away at 31 Jati Colony. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main commercial road. We’ve turned our space here into a hub for all things related to computers. If you walked in, you’d see towers, monitors, and cables all over the place. It’s not a polished showroom where everything is on glass shelves. It’s more of a workspace where we are constantly opening up machines and fixing parts. We’ve been in Jati Colony for a while, and the locals know they can just drop by. Sometimes we are troubleshooting software, other times we are soldering a motherboard or cleaning out dust. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at screens, which can be tiring for the eyes. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just us handling the repairs and the sales ourselves. We like the personal feel of being in a colony. You get to know the neighbors and the regular faces. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just tell them what’s wrong with their PC and how we can fix it. It is a simple business run from a simple location. There is always a cup of tea on the desk and a computer waiting to be worked on. We just enjoy the challenge of figuring out why a machine isn't starting up.
