Perfect World Computers

Perfect World Computers is tucked into Anand Nagar, behind the Sapna Sangeeta Cinema. It’s a bit of a funny address because we are near the Sangat Plaza Hotel area too, right in Zone-I of M.P. Nagar in Bhopal. Most people find us at Plot No. 44 because they’re looking for a quick fix for their laptops. The shop is full of wires, half-opened CPUs, and a lot of screwdrivers scattered on the main desk. It isn't the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. I spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't working. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons with all the machines running, so we keep the door open to get a breeze. Being near the cinema means there’s always people walking around, especially in the evenings. We handle all sorts of old computers and some newer ones too. People bring in things they’ve had for ten years hoping we can make them fast again. Sometimes we can, sometimes we can't, and I just tell them honestly. It’s just a small operation here. We don't have any flashy signs, just the one over the door. I usually stay late finishing up repairs so people can have their machines back for work. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work, but it’s what we do here in Anand Nagar. We're basically right behind that same Sapna Sangeeta Cinema twice over, if you look at how the streets are laid out around here for the locals in Zone-I.
