Our office is in Indore, over at 202 Soni Mansion in Ratlam Kothi. It is an older building, number 12-B, and we are on the second floor. The stairs are a bit steep but you get used to them after a few trips. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly sitting at our desks and trying to figure out how to make things work better. The room is usually filled with the sound of fans and the hum of computers. Ratlam Kothi is a pretty central area, so it is easy to get to, but the parking is a nightmare if you don't get here early. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing and we really should clean them out one of these days. It is just a few of us here, and we have known each other since we were younger. We don't really bother with any corporate stuff or big meetings. We just sit down, do the work, and have our tea breaks together. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It is a relaxed place to be, even when we have a lot of things to get finished. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice, even if the street noise gets a bit loud. The old wooden desks have seen better days but they still serve us well.
