Our office is located at 275 Jawahar Marg in Indore. We are very close to the Bombay Bazar Chouraha and right near the Agra Hotel. We also have a post box, number 12, if you are sending us documents through the mail. This business has been around for quite a few years, and we specifically focus on organizing pilgrimage trips. It’s a very different kind of travel work because it’s so important to the people going. We handle the flights to Saudi Arabia, all the visa paperwork, and finding places for people to stay while they are there. The office is usually quite full of people, especially older folks who have a lot of questions about the journey. We don't mind taking the time to explain everything clearly, even if we have to say it a few times. We aren't a big, slick travel agency with a lot of advertising. We mostly rely on people telling their friends and family about us. The area around the chouraha is very loud with all the horns and traffic, so it’s a bit of a relief when you step inside. We use a lot of physical files and ledgers to keep track of everyone in the travel groups. It’s a lot of responsibility to make sure everyone is taken care of on these trips. We just try to be reliable and do our jobs properly every day.
