Our office is in City Plaza, M 2/A, right on M G Road. We are near Regal Talkies, which is a landmark almost everyone in Indore knows. M G Road is always moving and there is so much energy right outside our door. We have been operating from this plaza for quite a few years now. The office is a busy place where we handle everything from local taxi bookings to longer holiday packages. We don't have a team of marketing experts or any fancy slogans. It is just us and a couple of computers. We start early in the morning, usually checking on the buses and making sure all our clients made it to their destinations. We talk to people in a way that’s easy to understand. We don't use any of that industry jargon. If a train is full, we tell you it's full and try to find another way. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when a whole family comes in to plan a trip together, but we find enough chairs for everyone eventually. We just like helping people see new places or get back home to their families. It’s not a complicated business if you just tell the truth and do the work. We’re just a regular travel shop in the middle of a busy city.
