Creme Roasting Llp

We've been roasting coffee over here at New Palassia for a while now. Most people find us at 108 Rupayatan Appt on 31/4. It's just a small spot where we handle all the beans and the roasting gear. It gets pretty loud sometimes with the machines going, but that's just how the work gets done. Indore is a busy place, and being right in the middle of it helps us keep up with everything. We spend a lot of time checking the temperatures and making sure the smell is right. It’s not fancy work, honestly. Just a lot of lifting sacks and watching the clock. Sometimes the humidity in Madhya Pradesh messes with things, so we have to adjust. We started this because we liked the smell of fresh coffee more than anything else. You can usually find someone here from early morning till late evening. The apartment building is easy to spot if you know the area. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It's mostly just the equipment and us working around it. If you walk by New Palassia, you'll probably catch a whiff of what we’re doing. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the roasting part. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some days are better than others, but we keep at it. We’ve been at this address for a bit and it feels like home now.
