Citizen Travels Head Office

We are over at Plot Number 8 in Harshdeep Tower, right in the Navlakha area of Indore. If you know where the Universal Girls Hostel is, we are just a short walk from there. The office is usually humming with the sound of the ceiling fan and people coming in to ask about bus timings. It isn't a fancy place with leather chairs or anything like that. Just a few desks, some ledgers, and a lot of phone calls throughout the day. Navlakha stays pretty busy with traffic, so there is always noise from the street coming through the door. Sometimes the chai wala comes by and we take a break. We've been in this spot for a good while now. People know us as the place to go when they need to head out of town. We handle a lot of the paperwork and booking stuff right here at the Citizen Travels Head Office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. On rainy days, the water pools a bit near the entrance of the tower, but we manage. It’s just how things are in this part of Indore. Most days are spent looking at schedules and talking to drivers who pull up nearby. It is a simple setup, nothing more than what is needed to keep the buses moving and people getting to where they need to go. We are here every day.
