Our office is located at 136 MG Road, inside the Indraprasth Tower. This is a very well-known building in the 452001 area of Indore, so we get a lot of people passing through. We are situated on one of the floors among many other different shops and services. The tower itself is quite a landmark and can get very busy during peak hours. Inside our office, it’s pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for customers, and a lot of paperwork relating to tours and travel plans. We don't go in for fancy lighting or expensive furniture; it’s all about being practical and getting the tickets booked. The noise from MG Road filters in a bit, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve spent many years here in Indraprasth Tower and have seen many other businesses come and go. People know they can find us here if they want to plan a trip or just need to ask about prices for a bus or a train. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to be here when we say we will be. It’s a busy life, especially when the holiday season starts and everyone wants to go away at the same time. But mostly, it’s just a regular day in a regular office in a big tower. We just answer the phone and look at the computer screen. There isn't much more to it than that.
