Chems Deal Inc Pvt. Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of Mittal Chamber, which is Door No-42 in the Jaora Compound. We are right opposite M Y Hospital, so there are always ambulances and people moving about. It’s a very busy spot to be in. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, and we always tell people to watch their step. Our office is packed with files and samples. Since we deal in chemicals, we have to be quite careful about how everything is documented. The phones ring pretty much constantly from morning until we close up. It’s a small team here and we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we end up getting a bit of a workout. The view from the window is just the hospital wall and the busy street below. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some old charts. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work with what we have. Most of our day is spent negotiating and making sure the shipments are on track. It’s a lot of coordination and checking things twice. We don't really have time for anything else besides the work at hand.
