We are Madhya Pradesh Glychem Industries Ltd., and you can find us over at the Alumina Tower. We are located on the first floor in room 10/A, right in the South Tukoganj area. Kanchan Bagh is a central spot, so there is always a lot of movement right outside our windows. The office itself isn’t really anything to brag about; it’s just a functional space where we handle all our various industrial business matters. We have a few rooms filled with filing cabinets and some old computers that still work fine for what we need to do. Most of our day is spent looking at production charts, talking to the guys at the factory, and making sure all our supplies are moving correctly. It is not the kind of place where you will see fancy decorations. We much prefer to keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. There is a small tea stall down the street where most of us go during our break, and that is usually where the most important conversations happen. We have been in this industry for a long time, so we have seen plenty of ups and downs. It is not always easy work, and sometimes the paperwork piles up so high on the desks that you can barely see anything else. We don’t have a PR team writing our stuff for us. It is just us, working through the daily grind and trying to keep everything on track. We like the location.
