Our small office is in the JD Girls Hostel Building within the Jaora Compound area. It’s quite near MY Hospital, so the street stays very busy with traffic and people walking by all day long. If you know that part of Indore, you know it can get a bit loud and crowded. We’ve set up our desk here to help anyone who needs to book a trip or get travel papers in order. It’s a plain space, nothing fancy or high-end about it. We mostly spend our time answering phone calls or checking schedules on our computers. Being so close to the hospital and the hostel, we get a lot of people who are in a hurry or need to travel for family reasons. We don't use those shiny marketing slogans. We just sit down with you, look at the dates, and see what is actually open. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when three or four people walk in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We have been in this spot for some time now and most people find us because of the building name. It’s just a regular local business. We do our best to get the details right for every booking. We aren't trying to be a giant company, just a reliable place in the compound for people who need a ride or a ticket.
