Our office is up on the third floor of Vikram Tower, specifically at 437. It's located on Sapna Sangeeta Road, which is always full of life and traffic. Being in Agrawal Nagar is good for us because there are always people walking around. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. My cousin and I handle most of the bookings for flights and holiday tours. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and trying to find dates that work for people. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, and we just have to deal with it. We don't use any of those polished marketing phrases you see in brochures. We're just local people trying to help you get from one place to another. We handle a lot of passport work too, which involves a lot of back-and-forth with different offices. It can be a bit of a headache, but we’ve learned how to navigate the system over the years. The lift in Vikram Tower is mostly reliable, but sometimes you have to take the stairs if it's being serviced. We try to be very clear about what things cost right from the start. If you’re in the area doing some shopping, you can just pop in and we can look at some flight options together. It’s a straightforward business and we keep things simple for everyone.
