We operate out of 138, Ram Chandra Nagar Extension. It’s a straightforward location here in Indore, nothing too flashy. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking about blueprints. We focus on infrastructure and designs, so there is always a lot of technical stuff to deal with. Our desks are covered in calculators, rulers, and old coffee mugs. We’ve been at this for a good while. It’s the kind of work where you have to pay attention to the small details or everything falls apart later. We spend a lot of time visiting sites to see how the work is progressing. Sometimes we get stuck in the rain or have to deal with delays, but that’s just part of the job. We aren’t a corporate office with fancy suits. Most of us wear regular clothes and don't mind getting a bit of mud on our shoes. It’s about getting the plans right and making sure the construction actually happens. We know the area around Ram Chandra Nagar pretty well by now. People stop by to chat about their projects or just to ask a quick question. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. There’s always something to fix or a new drawing to start.
