Hablani Architects Pvt Ltd is located on the 3rd floor of the Indraprastha building, at 21 Diamond Colony. We are right by Narayan Kothi Square and Janjeerwala Square, so we are pretty central in Indore. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at our desks. We have been around for a while, and the team here is a mix of different backgrounds. We spend our days drafting, checking local regulations, and meeting with people who want to build something new. It’s a lot of coordination between different trades, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project is reaching a big milestone. We try to be practical about everything. If a design doesn't make sense for the climate or the budget, we are pretty blunt about it. We think people appreciate that more than a sales pitch. The area around Janjeerwala Square is always busy, so there is plenty of energy around us. We like being part of the local business scene here and just want to keep doing what we do. It takes a lot of patience to get these projects through, but we have been doing it long enough that we know what to expect from the process.
