Trend Set Architects

You can find us in the Navneet Plaza Building, specifically in units 311 and 312. We are Trend Set Architects, located in the Patel Nagar area. Being in a big building like Navneet Plaza means there is always something going on. Our space is divided between two rooms, so we have a bit of space to spread out our projects. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s mostly just shelves full of files and tables with computers on them. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to figure out how to get things built on time. Patel Nagar is a busy spot, and we like being right in the middle of it. We don't use any fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the drawings, and help our clients get their buildings finished. Sometimes we have a lot of people in the office at once, and it gets a bit crowded, but we make it work. We do all sorts of architectural work. Some days are more about the small details, and other days we are looking at the big picture for a whole new project. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels quite comfortable. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where work gets done. We try to be honest with people about what can and can't be done within their budget. It’s just a practical way to run a business and it keeps things moving along well.
