Our office is at 18/1 Shraddha Apartment. We’re in Bank Colony, right on Annapurna Road. If you look for the big water tank, we are directly opposite that. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here. Annapurna Travels & Services is basically just a few of us working out of this apartment space. It’s comfortable, maybe a bit cluttered with folders and maps. We’ve been operating from this part of Indore for years. The area is always busy, especially with the temple nearby. We handle a lot of car rentals and local travel stuff. Sometimes we are on the phone all day coordinating with drivers. It gets a bit hectic during the wedding season or when there’s a big holiday coming up. We don’t use any fancy software, just our notebooks and basic computers. The chairs are a bit old, and the paint is peeling a little in the corner, but it’s home for us. We know the roads around Indore like the back of our hand. People stop by to ask for directions even if they aren't booking anything, and we don't mind. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. No big sales pitches here. We just tell you what’s available and what it costs. Most of our day is spent making sure the cars are on time and the drivers know where they are going. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
