Agrawal-Sisters Namkeen Llp

We are located at 366-3 in Udyog Nagar Palda. If you know Indore, you know Palda is where all the food action happens. The air always smells like fried spices and gram flour. It is a loud area with trucks and other factories nearby. We are the Agrawal sisters' place and we stay busy making different kinds of snacks. It is not a polished environment. The floors get dusty with flour and we are constantly sweeping up. We have a group of workers who have been with us for a long time. It feels more like a big family than a company. We do a lot of the work by hand, like weighing the bags and making sure the seals are tight. It gets very hot in the kitchen area, especially during the peak of summer in Madhya Pradesh. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. We do not have a fancy reception area for guests. If you walk in, you will just see people working and stacks of bags waiting to be moved. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them ourselves. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but it is what we do. We do not spend money on big advertisements. We just focus on the daily tasks. Every day is pretty much the same, filled with the sound of packing machines and the smell of fresh namkeen.
