Our spot is over on Jawahar Marg, right inside the Rishabh Chamber building on the second floor. It’s room 214-A if you’re looking for us. Being on M.G. Road means it’s always loud outside with the traffic and people shouting, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit calmer. We’ve got a lot of steel samples sitting around the office, so watch your step if you come in. The elevator in this building has its days where it doesn't want to cooperate, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. It keeps us moving, I guess. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at inventory lists. It isn't the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know. My desk is tucked in the corner right by the window where I can see the street. Sometimes it's hard to hear each other when the trucks go by. We’ve got a small kettle for tea which gets a lot of use in the afternoons. Most of our days are just spent making sure things get where they need to go. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big meetings. It’s mostly just us in our regular clothes trying to stay on top of the orders. The office feels a bit small when everyone is here at once, but we make it work somehow. It's been our home base for years and we've gotten used to the peeling wallpaper in the hallway.
