Xeper Technologies Private Limited

We are over at the Manjadiyil Building in Kochara, which is in the Chettukuzhy area of Idukki. Our door number is VI/15. If you have ever been to Idukki, you know it is a beautiful place with lots of greenery and hills. Working here is quite different from being in a big city like Kochi. Xeper Technologies is just our group working together in this building. It is a quiet life for the most part. We don't have a lot of foot traffic coming through our doors. Most of our work is done on our screens throughout the day. The building is solid and keeps the rain out during the heavy monsoon seasons. We don't have a big corporate structure with managers for every little thing. We just talk to each other across the room if something comes up. It is a very direct and easy way of working. Sometimes we take a short walk outside to clear our heads and look at the hills for a minute. It really helps when you have been staring at a computer for too long. We are just a small team of real people. We don't make big promises or use fancy language to describe ourselves to others. We are just here in Chettukuzhy, doing what we know how to do. It is a simple setup, but it works for us. We appreciate the calm environment and just try to stay focused.
