Iapc Ltd is based out in Cheruthoni, specifically on Neriyamangalam Road. If you know the area, you know it’s got a lot of greenery and some steep, winding roads. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a plain building where we do our business every day. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’ve seen the town grow and change around us. Cheruthoni is a tight-knit place, and we feel like a part of the landscape now. We don't go in for all that corporate talk or big meetings that seem to last for hours. We mostly just talk over the desk or while we are standing outside getting some fresh air. The road can be quiet or busy depending on the season, but we just keep a steady pace regardless. We deal with whatever comes across our path. It’s a practical way of living. We have some people who have worked with us for many years, and we are more like a family than a company. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. People around here know us by name, which is better than any kind of advertisement. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or heavy rains that slow things down, but we always find a way to manage. It’s just how things are on Neriyamangalam Road.
