Smsoft Enterprises is located inside the Spices Park in Puttady. The full address is Spices Park Puttady Spices Park, which is a bit of a mouthful but it’s easy enough to find once you’re in the area. It’s an interesting place to be because you wouldn't necessarily expect a software setup in a park dedicated to spices. But here we are anyway. The air around here often smells like cardamom or pepper, which is a nice change from the usual office smells you get in the city. We have our small unit set up here and we spend the bulk of our day writing code or checking databases. It’s quiet enough for us to focus on what we are doing. Puttady is a beautiful area, and being in the park gives us a different perspective compared to being in a big city center. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just us. We handle the technical side of things for various people who need it. Some days we are very busy with deadlines, and other days we have a bit of time to breathe and look at the hills outside. We have our computers, some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, and a small kettle for tea. That’s basically our entire setup. It isn't very glamorous, but it works for what we do. We like the fact that we are a bit out of the way.
