It is a very different environment compared to the busy streets of Cochin. We are in the Thodupuzha Taluk area. It is very green and quiet around here. The office is basically just a room in the house. We have the 685581 pin code for our mail. It is an honest way of working, being surrounded by the hills and trees of Idukki. We do not have corporate logos on the walls or glass partitions. It is just a table, some chairs, and our systems. We start our day when the sun comes up and we finish when the work is done. It can be a bit of a trek for anyone coming from the city, but we like the peace. Reorld Systems is a small team. We do not have fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk across the room to each other when we need help. It is a bit disconnected from the fast pace of the world, but that is how we prefer to run things. We handle our tasks one by one.
