Our shop is right on Station Road, specifically Shop No 5-9-108/109. You can see the Nampally Public Garden right across from us. Being in Nampally means there is always noise and people rushing to catch trains. Zahis Travel & Tourism. has been part of this street for some time now. We handle a lot of different things, like flights or local tours, depending on what someone is looking for. It's a small space, but we keep it organized enough to find the files we need. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but usually, we are staring at the computer screens. People stop in after walking through the gardens or on their way to the railway station. We talk to them, figure out their dates, and see what the prices look like that day. Prices change all the time, so we just tell them the truth about what it costs right then. There’s no point in making it sound complicated. We use the phone a lot to confirm bookings with hotels or drivers. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just try to make sure the tickets are right and the dates don't get mixed up. That’s really all there is to it. We stay open late most days because that's when people are heading home. It’s just how we run things here.
