If you are looking for us, we are located in Malakpet at the Jamuna Towers. Our office is Flat No. 105, which is just a regular room filled with some desks and a lot of old travel brochures. We’ve been helping people figure out their trips for a while now. Dealing with tours and travels means our phones are almost always ringing with someone asking about a train ticket or a bus route. Malakpet is a crowded area, and the building can get a bit busy during the middle of the day. We don't have a big staff, so it’s mostly us handling everything from the bookings to the paperwork. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to wait around, but that is just part of the business. We try to be helpful to the families who come in wanting a holiday. We know the routes around here pretty well and which times of year are too rainy for travel. The office isn't very fancy, and the chairs are a bit old, but it’s a comfortable place for us to work. We spend our lunch breaks eating at the local spots nearby. We don't promise anything impossible; we just do our best to get your tickets booked so you can get where you need to go. It’s a straightforward job, and we enjoy the stories people tell us when they come back from their trips.
