We are located at 5-9-101/F on Public Garden Road in Hyderabad. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us when they are out in the city. We handle a mix of travel bookings and moving cargo. Some days we are helping a family plan a vacation, and the next we are figuring out how to ship a heavy crate across the country. It’s a bit of a juggle but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don't get too stressed. The office isn't very big. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. We aren't one of those high-end agencies with leather chairs and free coffee. We just focus on getting the work done. If a flight is canceled, we spend the afternoon on the phone trying to fix it. If a package is stuck, we track it down. It’s honest, busy work. People come to us because they know we will tell them the truth about prices and times. We don't like to overcomplicate things with sales pitches. We just give you the options and let you decide. Hyderabad is a fast city, so we try to keep up with the pace. It’s always interesting to see where people are going or what they are sending. We just keep the doors open and do our best every day. There is always something that needs sorting out.
