Watsol Concepts Interior & Architects is situated on the 22nd floor at 5-10-180/B/12022Nd Floor. Being that high up means we have a quiet place to work, away from all the street noise. We do both architectural plans and interior design, so the office is always a bit cluttered with different things. You might see a structural drawing on one desk and a bunch of carpet samples on the next. We aren't a big, polished firm. We are just a group of people who like to build and design things. Most of our time is spent on the computers or talking to contractors on the phone. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big reception desk. When you come in, you’re usually talking directly to the person who is doing the work. We like to keep things casual and honest. If a project is going to take longer than expected, we tell you. If a certain material is too expensive for the budget, we find something else. It’s just about being practical and getting the job done right. Being on the 22nd floor, we see the city every day, which reminds us of all the buildings and spaces people actually live in. We try to keep our designs simple and useful for real life. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
