We have our office at Plot No 215 in the Sai Sudha Sadhan Apartments. We are on the ground floor, in unit G1, which makes it very convenient for people who don’t want to climb any stairs. Kavuri Hills is a nice part of Jubilee Hills, and we are quite close to the Benz showroom, which is what most people look for when they are trying to find us. The apartment building itself is fairly standard for this area. Inside, we have our architecture practice set up with drafting tables and a few computers. It’s often a bit messy with blueprints and rolls of paper everywhere, but that is just how we work. The light in the morning is quite good, and it’s usually quiet enough to concentrate. Occasionally you hear the neighbors moving around upstairs or cars pulling into the parking lot. We have a small area where we sit to talk about plans, and the chairs are just basic office ones we’ve had for a while. Being in Kavuri Hills means we are near a lot of other businesses, but our street stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. It is a practical place for an architect to work without too many distractions. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we draw. It feels more like a studio than a corporate office, which suits us just fine.
