We’re located over at Plot No. 19 in Happy Valley, which is on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills. If you know where the Basavatarakam Indo-American Hospital is, we are quite close to that. It’s a decent area, though it can get pretty crowded with traffic during the peak hours. Our office is where all the planning happens. We deal with architraves and various architectural solutions for our clients. It’s not just about drawing pretty pictures; it’s about making sure the structures are solid and the measurements are right. We spend a lot of time on site, checking on the progress of buildings and talking to the workers. Back at the office, it’s mostly us sitting at our desks with coffee and blueprints. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen many houses go up in this neighborhood. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to be done to get the project finished. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes long hours when a project is nearing completion. We like being in Happy Valley because it feels a bit more tucked away from the main road noise. It's a simple setup we have here, focused on getting the designs right and helping people build what they need. We just keep working through our list of projects every day.
