We are based right in the heart of the city, in the 500001 zip code area. It’s the central part of Hyderabad, so everything is pretty close by. Shiva Architects & Interiors has been around for a while now. We don't have a flashy office with a huge sign. It’s more of a place where we sit down and get to the actual work of designing and planning. Whether it’s a new building or just fixing up an old room, we handle it all from here. The city center is always loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't spend much on advertising because most people just hear about us through word of mouth. Someone tells a friend, and then they call us up. That’s how it usually goes. We like to keep things simple. No complicated jargon or trying to sound like some big international firm. We are just local architects and interior folks. We know how the buildings here are made and what the weather does to them. It helps when you’re trying to plan a project. Most of our days are spent on-site or at the drawing board. It’s not a nine-to-five kind of job, really. Things happen, plans change, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s practical, everyday work for the people living around here.
