Vaid Architects

Our office is located at Plot No 9 in Phase 3 of Sri Nagar Colony. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, away from the main road noise. We've stayed at this address, 8-2-293/K/9, for quite some time now. Architecture work takes up most of our hours, so there is always someone here sketching or checking on a project. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of people, so things feel a bit more personal when you step inside. Usually, you’ll find piles of blueprints and samples of wood or stone scattered around the tables. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work. People in the neighborhood know us as the local architects. We handle a variety of things, from small home renovations to bigger building layouts. Living and working in Hyderabad means we understand the heat and how the sun hits the buildings here. We try to keep that in mind when we are designing. It’s not just about looks; it’s about making sure a room doesn't get too hot in May. Sometimes we are out at construction sites getting our shoes dusty, and other times we are here debating about where a window should go. It’s a steady pace of work. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else in the colony. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the builders follow the plan. It is a long process from paper to a real building.
