Venkateshwara Agro operates out of the Bajaj Complex at H No 228/2. It’s a busy little spot where we handle all sorts of things related to the agro industry. We call it "allied industries" because we don't just do one thing; we help out with whatever is needed in the farming supply chain. The office is usually full of papers and people talking about equipment or seeds. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s because we are always working on something new. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and it’s become our home base. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our part and keep the business running smoothly. The rooms are a bit small, and the lighting could be better, but we don't mind. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting with people who drive in from the outskirts. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't go in for fancy mission statements. If there is a problem with a shipment or a customer needs something specific, we just figure out how to fix it. That’s how we’ve always done it. The Bajaj Complex is easy to find, so we get a lot of walk-ins. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay useful to the local farming community and our neighbors.
