We are based in the Medak District of Hyderabad, specifically in the Mallikarjuna Nagar area. Our office is located in the Sainath Complex, in Flat 104. The business is run by Satyanarayana Murthy, who has been in this field for a very long time. We chose this spot because it is away from the main chaos of the city center but still easy for people to reach. The complex has a mix of families and small businesses, so there is always a bit of life around. Our office is quite small and filled with papers and old ledgers. We don't really go for the modern look with fancy lighting. It is just a plain room where we sit and handle our affairs. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air during the day. The traffic in Hyderabad can be pretty bad, but Mallikarjuna Nagar is usually a bit calmer. We have built up a lot of history in this flat. People who know the family come by often. We don't really use a lot of fancy technology; we prefer to keep things simple and clear. It’s a very traditional way of working. We take our time with each task to make sure it is done correctly. We don’t have a big mission or any corporate slogans. We just work hard in our small corner of the Sainath Complex.
