Our shop, Agrawal Kapoorchand A, is located at 8-2-147 in the Second Bazar area of Secunderabad. We are right opposite the Eenadu office, which is a big landmark that most people in the city know. Being in Second Bazar means it’s always crowded and there’s a lot of energy. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time. It’s not a modern showroom with air conditioning and glass doors. It is a traditional business space where we handle our daily trade. People come in from the street, and we talk to them across the counter. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the noise from the bazar and the traffic outside, but that’s just life in Secunderabad 500025. We don’t spend money on fancy ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just focus on our work and being fair with whoever walks through the door. The shop has a lot of history to it, and we try to keep things simple. You might see some old ledgers or a dusty shelf, but we know where everything is. It’s a family-style environment even if we aren't all related.
