You can find us over at Om SAI Complex in Feelkhana, which is right in the middle of the Begum Bazar area. If you’ve ever been to Begum Bazar, you know it’s one of the most crowded parts of Hyderabad, especially during the middle of the day. Our shop is at 15-8-485, and it’s basically right opposite Chetan Plastic. That landmark helps a lot because there are so many shops squeezed together here. We deal with beauty collections and things like that, but we aren't trying to be some high-end boutique. It’s a practical shop where we stock what people need. The complex gets quite a bit of foot traffic, and we spend a lot of time rearranging the shelves because things get moved around a lot. It’s noisy outside with the rickshaws and the loaders moving goods, but that’s just how life is in this part of town. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There isn't much room for fancy displays, so we just make sure everything is where we can find it when a customer asks. Most people who come in are regulars from the neighborhood or other shopkeepers nearby. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boxes and making sure we have enough stock, but we’ve been at it for a while now in this spot.
