Being on the third floor of a residency building makes it a little different than the shops you see on the main road. We chose this spot because it’s a bit away from the heavy street noise. We have been here for a while, and most of our visitors are people who live in the 500060 area. It is a small setup, just a studio where we do beauty work and handle fashion stuff. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work perfectly, so people have to walk up, but they don't seem to mind much. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It is just us working every day to get things right for the people who come in. Chaitanyapuri is a nice neighborhood, very lively. We have seen a lot of businesses come and go in these apartments, but we are still here. The studio is simple, with just the things we need to do our work. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. People come here, we do the job, and that's it. It feels more like a community spot than a big business. We keep our hours regular and try to make sure everyone feels okay when they leave. It is just how we do things in this part of Hyderabad.
