Vara Laxmi Kanchi Saree House

We opened Vara Laxmi Kanchi Saree House at Sri Sai Nilayam in Saroornagar because this is our neighborhood. Our shop is on the third floor of Plot No 2, right in SBH Colony. It is a bit of a climb if you are not used to stairs, but we liked the space when we saw it. We have been selling sarees for a long time now. Most people find us through friends or family who live around here. Saroornagar is always busy with people going to work or school, but our street stays a little quieter. The shop is full of different colors and fabrics from floor to ceiling. My sister and I run the place most days. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are showing a lot of stock to a customer, but we tidy up eventually. We do not have a big fancy entrance or a huge staff. It is just us and the clothes. People come here when they have a wedding or a big function coming up in the family. We know a lot of the regular faces who stop by just to see what is new. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a saree does not look right, we usually say so. That is just how we do things here in the colony. It works for us and the people who shop with us every year.
