The shop is located right in Anand Nagar, Malakpet, and it stays pretty busy most days. We have been here at 16-2-147/D/2/A/1 for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. When you walk in, you’ll see rows of stuff everywhere because we try to keep a lot in stock. It can get a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, especially on the weekends when Malakpet gets that extra traffic. We spend most of our mornings just dusting the shelves and making sure everything looks decent before the first person walks through the door. It’s not a corporate place with fancy uniforms or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable and talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they usually are. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break. The lighting in the back is a bit dim, but we know where every single item is kept. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but it keeps us on our feet. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just see the sign while they are walking to the main road or hear about us from someone else in the colony. We just try to stay honest and do our work without making too much of a fuss. It is a small business, but it is ours and we are here every day.
