Grass 2 Silage

We are located over at Plot No.126 in the Dwaraka Mainagar Colony area of Vanasthalipuram. Grass 2 Silage is something we started because we saw how much of a struggle it was for people to get good feed for their animals throughout the whole year. Living in a colony like Vanasthalipuram, you wouldn't think there is much talk about silage, but we stay busy with it. It’s a lot of work dealing with the storage and making sure everything stays right so it doesn’t spoil. We aren't a massive factory. It’s a more hands-on kind of thing where we are checking on the bags and talking to farmers who come by. Sometimes the trucks arrive late or the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have a few guys who help with the heavy lifting and the loading. It is dusty work and we usually end the day pretty tired. We don't have a big sales pitch or anything like that. People come to us because they need something specific for their livestock and we happen to have it. It’s a practical business run by people who actually know what it’s like to work the land. The office is just a small space where we keep our records and talk to customers over tea. It’s not fancy, but it works for what we do every day here.
