Giriraj Enterprises

Our business is situated at 615/9 in Bagh Jhanda Singh, which is right in the middle of Majith Mandi. If you know the Mandi area, you know it is always packed with carts and people carrying bags. Giriraj Enterprises has been operating from this small corner for years. The air around here always smells like spices and dry goods because that is what most of the shops handle. We have a small storefront and a storage area that is usually packed to the ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and sacks. We spend our mornings talking to suppliers and the afternoons are for sorting out the orders. It’s a very traditional way of doing business where a lot of deals are made over a cup of tea. We don't have a corporate structure or anything like that. It is mostly just us and a few helpers who move the stock around. The building is old, and the streets are narrow, so getting big deliveries in can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We have seen the market change over the years, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We just focus on our stock and making sure our regular customers get what they asked for. It’s a busy life in the Mandi, and we have been part of it for a long time now.
