We are tucked away at 8-2-120/77/5. If you're looking for us, we’re right behind the Mexican restaurant. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where to get good food. Our space is mostly taken up by drawing boards and computers. We do architecture work, but we aren't the stuffy kind of people you might expect from a firm. We wear jeans and stay late when we have a deadline to meet. The office can get a bit messy with all the blueprints and samples of stone or wood lying around on every surface. We try to keep it organized, but it never seems to stay that way for more than a day. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Some of us have been together since the very start of the company. It’s a friendly place to work. We don't have those "corporate culture" posters on the wall or anything like that. We just have photos of buildings we’ve actually worked on. Sometimes the smells from the restaurant drift over, which makes us all hungry way before lunchtime. We usually just grab a quick bite and get back to the drawings. It’s a busy life, but we aren't complaining. We like seeing a project go from a messy sketch to a real building. It takes a lot of hours and plenty of coffee. We just take it day by day and keep working on the next thing. That's our life here at Edifice Architects Pvt. Ltd. We like it.
