Uzone Infra Architects and Developers is located over in Hyder Shah Kote. If you know where Pleasant Pearls is on Gandham Guda Road, we are in Flat 501. It’s near Kendriya Vihar, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. We spend our days dealing with drawings, building plans, and talking to contractors. It’s a small team here, and we usually have papers and blueprints spread out all over the tables. We handle a lot of the local construction stuff, trying to figure out how to make buildings work for people. It’s not always easy work because there are always surprises when you start building something. We’ve been working from this flat for some time now. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have everyone in for a meeting, but it works for us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the designs right. You won't find any shiny reception desks or people in suits here. Most of us are just in regular clothes, drinking tea and trying to solve some architectural problem. The road outside can get a bit busy during the morning, but the view from the fifth floor is actually not too bad. We like being in this part of Hyderabad. It feels like a real community. We’re just local people building things for other local people. It is a slow process sometimes, but we keep at it.
