Usha Gupta

Usha Gupta is the name on the paperwork, but we usually just call this Sivakumar’s place. We are located in Kukatpally, specifically in Bharath Nagar. It is a residential area in Hyderabad, so it feels more like a home than a strict office. The house is MIG 161. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to people coming and going for business. It is not a very formal setup. We sit in the front room mostly. There are a lot of files and a computer that sometimes acts up when it gets too hot. Hyderabad can be quite busy, but tucked away here in Bharath Nagar, it stays relatively calm. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing people. We just handle things as they come. If someone calls, we answer. If someone stops by, we talk to them. It is a very direct way of doing things. Sometimes my kids are playing in the other room while we work. It’s a family-run sort of thing. We don't try to act like we are some big corporation because we aren't. We are just people working from our house in 500082. It is practical and it works for us. We just take it one day at a time without making things complicated or stressful.
