We run a cold storage business out of the Madhura Nagar area. Our main office is located at Sri Sai Sadan Apartments in unit F-78. It is a bit of a different setup than a big industrial warehouse office since we are based in an apartment building. We started this because there is always a huge need for keeping things cool especially with the heat we get here. We handle all the bookings and the daily paperwork right from Madhura Nagar. The actual storage part is where all the heavy lifting happens but this apartment is our base for everything. It is a very small team here just a couple of us managing the phone calls and the accounts. We are definitely not some massive logistics firm with hundreds of employees running around. We are just regular local people trying to provide a service that farmers and traders really need. It can get pretty hectic during the peak seasons when every farmer wants to store their goods at the exact same time. We have to keep track of every single bag carefully so nothing gets lost. We do not use any fancy software just basic methods that work for us. It is a very straightforward business at the end of the day. We keep things cold and we make sure the records are right. We have been at Sri Sai Sadan for a while now. It is a decent place to work.
